Returns & Refund
We focus on offering a better shopping experience, while we hope that you enjoy your purchase as much as we expect. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we'd like to exchange or refund what you get.
Return and Conditions including (but not limited to)：
1, We accept returns only if wrong goods were shipped or goods have visible/functional defects.
2, You must email us reasons for return before returning goods.
3, Please do not return items to us without prior notification and return authorization
4, Sale/clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged if goods don not have any visible/functional defects.
5, We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery received.
6, Item must be in perfect unused condition with tags in place.
7, We do not accept responsibility for returned item until it is received back.
8, We do not accept liability for lost packages and goods damaged in transit.
9, Added shipping charges are non-refundable.
Just follow the following four steps for a full refund or exchange：
1.Email to customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org .
2.Package your return items securely. Include as much original packaging as possible.
3.Take it to the post office and ask for a tracking number.
4.Your returning package will be processed and a replacement or a refund will be issued.
